Pests and Weeds

When people from all over the world came to Australia to find their fortune in gold they brought animals such as the, fox, hare, pheasant, donkey, canary, alpaca, pig, sheep, goat, deer, buffalo, trout, rabbits and cattle. This was harmful on the environment because some animals became pests and changed the food chain by overpopulating. Plants and weeds were also introduced to Australia. They overpopulated and spread, destroying the plants.
